Lumen Streams in the Chroma dimension are not displaying (with fix) #598

Lumen Streams in the Chroma dimension are not displaying. I narrowed it down to FastCraft. In the FastCraft configuration file, change the following from:

enableCullingTweaks = true

to

enableCullingTweaks = false

and the Lumen Streams will display.

It's pretty major because the Lumen Streams (found around y=400 in the Chroma dimension) are the only way to get to the Far Lands in CrC without manually traveling 15-20k blocks which is difficult and time consuming due to the obvious chunk loading or slow travel speed required to get there.

Not really. That's a showcase of the stream, not what it does/what it's for.
