Add some famous Algorithms in Java #1

This is created for beginners who want to participate in HacktoberFest 2021. You can add some famous DSA in Java language... you can include basic one also.

I've added merge sort algorithm file, hope you consider it.

@sakuraixiao I merged it... if you contributed for HacktoberFest & if it is not showing successful on HacktoberFest website... then you can regenerate another PR.

actually I need one more PR to complete my Hacktoberfest challenge.. so I'm adding one more algorithm file(Heap Sort). Hope you consider it too, Thankyou!
