Invite only mode separated by image/text #302

As noted by @henk717 and @LostRuins, the horde tends to only be attacked from one generation mode at a time. Having a flag which allows only one side to be invite only would help the textgen side in particular now during times where raids occur.

Another thing that might be helpful is giving mods the ability to temp ban a worker's IP for a short duration (say 6 hours) in order to suppress a hostile user repeatedly trying to make new workers/keys.

This ban could be limited to just running workers, not regular usage. So other users on the same IP would likely be unaffected.
