Is the idea that we'd compare vs a reference image? (I think a lot of these metrics like MSE, PSNR, SSIM require a reference image).

It would be helpful to know more about the thread model- I assume the problem is workers submitting bad images. Are these usually blank? Pornographic? Something else?
