Add the tie-flow back on the HVDC (an EMF should identify those are HVDC in order to exclude them from AC NP scaling).
See the attached excel : ID_Terminal_TF is the rdf:id of the Terminal having the TieFlow and ID_TF the rdf:id of the TieFlow. So if this cell is blank it means that no TF is associated to the BD TN in the IGMs.
Compared to the original IGM, those highlighted in yellow are the rows with the BD TN where the TF should be removed and in green the HVDCs with their values.
