Added a screenshot of ArmyKnife in README.md for GCI

That's not a nice screenshot. It's not neatly cropped and blurry. Please use Haiku's screenshot app (Print key). It also sets a transparent background. You should also show ArmyKnife in action, i.e. show some files being processed. Finally, you'll have to add that screenshot to the Readme.md.
