Fix size issues #49

Fixes some issues from #4 For now I see there only two main issues to solve:

when change section on left side scrollbar doesn't resize to this section (scrollbar always is matched to biggest layout, maybe it happens like that through BCardLayout class)
when add files and resize window scrollbars on right doesn't update

Much better. One little thing to fix would be to put some padding around the dropdown menu "Eidt/Copy/Name/MPEG". You might also see if you can fix #5, perhaps on your next task.
