Update docs 1 #60

This is a step to 5.1.1. I've set a milestone for 10//31 on this.
Note the fresh en.catkeys, @humdingerb can you add this to Polygot for me? Goal for 5.1.1 is just to get a newer point release out that captures the current state of ArmyKnife, and perhaps add in any languages that get completed by 10/31. Please hold off on making any recipe updates until there is a tagged 5.1.1 release here.

I also created a 5.2.0 milestone and added many of the open issues to that milestone. No target date on it yet. Feel free to test this out and open any new issues if you find something that needs fixing in 5.2.0.

ArmyKnife is now at https://i18n.kacperkasper.pl/projects/37 I imported the German and Japanese catkeys, finishing the German.
