Update Jamfile #29

fix jamfile - jam install didn't copy the "strings" files and the Palettes into the "target" folder fixes https://github.com/HaikuArchives/Becasso/issues/27 fixes https://github.com/HaikuArchives/Becasso/issues/8

This does not look like the correct fix. The SubDir declaration in each directory must declare the position of that directory in the hierarchy.
