Display tool name when selecting a tool #9

You should try adding labels to the tools, it will help users in recognizing tools easier. 11

You mean, when selecting a tool, the name of the tool that is displayed in the menu bar should show the one the mouse hovers over, right?

Please edit the title of the ticket, like "Display tool name when selecting a tool".
