Deskbar modification, it adds a dock to your deskbar where you may have shortcuts organized in "tabs", a tab of the running apps and some other general eyecandy.
Changing GUI strings changes the hash in the *.catkeys. When doing those changes, you need to generate updated en.catkeys with "make catkeys". The ru.catkeys need to be updated as well. Best by duplicating en.catkeys, rename to ru.catkeys. Open ru.catkeys in CatKeysEditor and import the old ru.catkeys.
