In situations where you'd like to prevent a font from being available in applications, but you don't want to completely remove the font from your Haiku, you can use FontBoy to disable the font. With just click of a button , you can disable and enable the font .

What is the advantage over deinstalling the font? a deinstalled font is "just" a package beeing moved elsewhere, while a deactivation would requirew an elaborate blacklisting
