This issue is associated with Issue15. After unwanted activation of Apply button and I clicked on Apply button. Then Revert Button activated.
After making any changes (by clicking on Apply button), the revert is used to undo the settings.
But here no changes were made, so using Revert button is worthless until real changes will happen
