Save last shown renaming mode #57

The code to read the preferences was there, but the last shown renaming mode was never saved.

Unrelated, but @janus2, what do you think of

a) setting DEBUGGER=TRUE until we create a release? b) change NAME= ../PecoRename to NAME= /PecoRename

I'd like to have the binary stay in its arch's objects folder, and hate the .pre file being generated among the source files.
