quick und dirty hack to make Scripture Guide compile on haiku #1

"ported" scriptuere guide to sword api to 1.7.3 (compiles over haikuporter) addes missing files changes to make Scripture Guide work with packagemanagement directorys. Install all modules at /boot/home/config/non-packaged/data/sword

ColumnListView should not be here, please use the libsanta package instead.

Same for BObjectList -- that's in libbe now.

The ColumnListView ist more advanced or "rewritten" for the fontview e.g. BRow has a SetHeight() wich ist used by the font view... this patch ist just quick and dirty so that Scriptureguide compiles and works with the new packagemanagement

I don't want quick & dirty hacks. I'll get around to fixing this myself but not like this.

I will fix this "for real" of course... But it will last - at least until end of Januar because i will not have time earlier. If you would like to fix it you are welcome.. just to say the only "quick and dirty" was the hack to make it work with packagmenagement (just simply replaced the hard code path in 3 different places)... but this was quick and dirty before anyway ;-). But you are right that it shouldnt be merged until this has solved (also localisation and migration to layoutengine should be solved..)
