SGManager should be integrated into ScriptureGuide #24

You should be able to manage all installed Modules out from the Main window.. So there should not any need to start a second App.. The download Manager should come up automatically on the first start, to download the books

In the meantime or, as alternative, you could have a button "Manage Books" on SG main window to open SGManager.
