StreamRadio: About box shows 0.0.4-dev and fix writer name formatting #42

  1. About box show 0.0.4-dev versus versioning in recipes (0.0.5, 0.0.6,...)
  2. "Written by" displays format error displaying "Jacob SecundaHumdinger"

Note: Re-sort names of the coders/writers in About box.
