Detect text contains url and add feature to open it with WebPositive

I like this idea, but I'm not quite sure how to implement it. Is there another application that has a similar feature?

I dunno about the detecting URL part, but AboutSystem at least has code for drawing the URL etc. Maybe that can help with the implementation.
