Enhancement: add gitconfig... #8

Add gitconfig to the tracker add-on menu, with fillable fields for gitconfig file in home directory.

Currently the TrackGit tracker add-on in the main menu is only a "About" window, which unlike every other menu item, does nothing. I propose the "gitconfig" go there instead, and move the "about" to the bottom of the working menu below "clone" and "init here...".
