Move LICENSE to the root directory (Fixes #48) #52

The root directory is the proper place for such files, that's why github expects it there.

this is showing it wants to merge from unknown repository? did you already delete it?

Yes, that's because when I get messed up with my git I delete and refork the repo, because I want to avoid merging.
