Added user documentation #117

The ReadMe.html needs to be installed in $docsDir/packages/ffmpegGUI

"History" is yet empty.

Wow, the documention is quite extensive and looks great. Love the ffmpegGUI menu separated from the File menu. (probably because I've used OSX quite a lot). Nothing to complain about except there's still a bit of debug output left. ("_BuildLine()"). :-)

If there's just an "About" and "Quit", those can stay under "File. But since we have some more items, it's nicer to separate into its own menu. I removed the left-over printf() and merge now. Thanks!
