Numeric input boxes clip numbers

Perhaps make them a little bit wider so they don't clip a wide 5 digit number such as 88888

I noticed that when I did the GUI rewrite, but I didn't find the right layout options to fix it. I'm going to ask for help on IRC and the forums.
