Add support for authenticated proxy servers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch ComicTagger at work
2. ComicTagger fails to connect to the internet because it has to access the 
Internet through a proxy server that requires authentication.
3. PROFIT!!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect access to the Internet.  Instead I get a timeout.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.1.8-beta

Please provide any additional information below.

This is an enhancement request, and not a defect.  I understand that.

This would be cool, but your boss told me to tell you to get back to work, and 
tag comics on your own time!  What a buzzkill.

(Maybe I'll I get around to it someday, regardless)
