"Access is denied" message on saving tags

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a cbr archive like "2000AD 1812 (2012) (Digital) (Nahga-Empire)"
2. Search Online
3. Save Tags

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I hope to see something like "Tags saved".
Instead I see the message "Cannot create _rar_0.313 Access is denied"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.1
Windows 8 x64

Ah, I don't know how this one slipped by me.  

The "rar.exe" program wants to create a temp file, and is using the folder of 
comictagger.exe, which is not writable w/o elevated privilges.  I haven't 
tested this case on windows from an install in a while.

I will explicitly set the working folder for the rar command, and that will fix 
this problem.

New release will be pushed later this week.
