Modifier details #3

Currently when an effect says a modifier is gained, it's just mentioned by name. It should have its effects looked up and reproduced.

I think you could you use Template:Modifiers

Scraping the files means we get modifiers updated automatically too. But perhaps I should just scrape for modifiers to fill Template:Modifiers instead.

d780321dcf9033953540606d76d3722fd54866e5 incorporates event modifier effects into scripts. Trade modifiers were done already. Opinion modifiers are parsed but currently not used.
