Enables the application to be launched with the command docker-compose up within the root of the repository.
- This command, docker installation, and a few others are listed under "getting started" in the readme, with an additional wiki page for troubleshooting steps.

This was previously broken for @zainakh , but as of last night works on a fresh linux install. There was an issue of node_modules being overwritten by the volume declaration, but now it works perfectly each and everytime on any machine, will be adding documentation to the readme on how to get this up and running, then it's ready for review and merge.

all functionality is finished.
