License for the codebase #3

This codebase has no license. It would be great if could you add a license. Almost all source code files have a license, but not all of the source code files, unfortunately. It may be easier if in addition to the individual copyrights/licenses you have a central license file that includes all existing licenses and clarifies what license applies to the rest.

Let’s see if there are any other issues about license now. All the code and weights are available for everyone to use freely. I’m also preparing to train some larger models, like 2.8B and 7B, if that would be beneficial for the open-source community. Thanks for your remainder!
