Themes not switching #8

I think the theme switching is not working...

Is it not working at all? Do some of the themes work? Could you provide some screenshots or videos that can help me figure the problem out?

I haven't recently tested themes, so it's quite likely there are problems.

This is fixed in Monarch 4.2!
