Domain cannot use API #7

I recently upgraded to Google Apps for Your Domain Premier Edition, however 
the command

./insertGadgetSpec.sh PrivateGadgetSpec PrivateGadetEditor ../../private-
gadget-editor.xml

returns

<TITLE>Domain cannot use API</TITLE> ...

WE have the same.... with out any solution...

We have the same but Education Edition.

I just fixed this problem for myself.  Your domain admin has to go to the 
google apps 
managment site on the Users and Groups page and check the box that says "Enable 
provisioning API".

I have provisioning API enabled, but still getting this error. Anyone has any 
other suggestion?

We have provisioning api enabled too! Not sure why it doesnt work! Any clue?  I 
tried giving a request from my mac terminal and was getting an error like 
Domain cannot use API. Please help.
