Reflection Spectrum in Practice #518

I've worked on a real analysis of Jupiter reflection spectrum in NIR, #495 and found that we needed some modification. The main code for this analysis is
"documents/tutorials/Jupiter_Hires_Modeling__NIR_fitting_clouds.py"

I need more work on HMC parameter tuning etc., but as a code it works.
