Generate static metadata file // citation.cff file?

In the root of the repository, it would be good to create a static metadata file (.csv) that contains information of the organization or participant that the kit is sent to, and that are the owner and party responsible for the dataset collection. Consider including the following information:

• Country
• 2-digit ISO Country Code
• Organization
• Kit number
• Contact person name
• Contact person email
• Spatial extent survey area (polygon coordinates)

Alternatively (or perhaps in addition to this file?) should dataset specific information (also) be provided (to the extent possible) in a citation.cff file?
