Retrieve WARNING from process log and apply to resulting data flags

Some problems are sometimes encountered while processing the CTD, the issues are then reflected within the processing_log but aren't brought over within the variables data. It would be good to reflect those warnings/issues within the variable flags. Among these:

• [x] Static casts with lowered detection threshold
• [x] Distance from station is greater than threshold
• [x] No soak detected
• [x] Slow do sensor in profiling applications
