This PR adds the new dataset from Nearshore related to their standalone units deployed around Calvert Island.

TODO Prior to deployment

[ ] Deploy the standalone parser package on goose server (https://github.com/HakaiInstitute/hakai-sensor-network-sa-sensors-python-only/pull/5)
[ ] Confirm sn_sa is available on goose
