Update the different NCEI submitted datasets from OA is reflected on ERDDAP

Some submissions have been made to NCEI that are not reflected on ERDDAP

• [x] Can we just connect to the NCEI repo and update automatically?

This should be all running, a new submission was provided to NCEI. We will confirm if the data is made available within our erddap once NCEI makes it available on their server.
