Add depth to Chlorophyll view and add a clorophyll provisional dataset view #45

Here's a PR to add a depth variable to the chlorophyll dataset view and also add a provisional dataset view which present all the data with the flag associated.

I think I covered all the issues you found and added a line to add the depth variable to the views.
