@jdelbel I'm wondering if it would be good to omit any data within this dataset that is flagged as SVD and AV.

That way, any AV flagged data will be only available within the Research dataset, any unreviewed data will be within the Provisional dataset and SVD will be discarded from any datasets. Let me know your thoughts. That workflow will omit to have any duplicate of the same record between the two datasets.
