Fix institutions for some of the hakai datasets

I just changed it to the suggested format

I think it would make since to use the same separator for all fields, eg we use comma for the free text keywords field

yeah ok that, that contributor_field is open text. I picked ";" because it had the least chances to be used within the names, but commas would be fine if you prefer
