Add Hakai ERDDAP uptime check link

A new uptime server is running and pings on regular basis Hakai's ERDDAP. https://uptime-kuma.server.hakai.app/status/hakai-erddap

It would be great if:

• [x] all the different datasets hosted on the erddap server are represented there
• [x] new datasets gets added via a GitHub action to the server
• [x] each datasets should be tested for:
  • [x] dataset page availability
  • [x] data download availability
  • [x] realtime dataset latest data availability
