Please be a little more descriptive in the title, add the geographical region the record refers to, and include what / when / where.
Would you like a DOI generated for this resource? If a DOI already exists that covers the same dataset/product described in this metadata record but which might be stored elsewhere, you can include that DOI here as well.

Resource Identification:

Please be a little more descriptive here as well in the abstract, describing the how, when, what, where and why of data collection. For example you could use parts of the readme file.
Add project that this record is part of -- likely 'Watersheds', maybe also 'ACO'?
I'm slightly confused about the discrepancy between date of last collection (2024-04-04) vs publication date (2016-11-04) - has the data from the previous 8 years not been published? Has the data been publicly available for ~ 8 years?
I would recommend adding version number '1.0' to record, even if you do not anticipate revising it in the future.

Would change the email associated with Hakai Institute 'media@hakai.org' --> data@hakai.org
Change the associated email with Ministry of Forests: better to include a general email for users to contact the entity. The personal email is already included with the individual metadata.
Add 'Hakai Institute' with role 'Publisher'. Does not need to have individual metadata associated.
For completeness, it would be good to add 'Funder' (does not need to appear in citation): if this was Hakai Institute, please add Tula Foundation as funding organization.

Realizing this resource is included in the data package - you could also reference this documentation/sampling protocol under "Related Works".
Is the Dropbox folder a personal or institutional? Will the data be preserved here long-term?
