This was investigated and run, after dealing with the bizarre permissions of postgres user has to be the one to run pg_resetwal but we are running it on a mounted Docker volume not owned by postgres and even though it ran to completion with --force set, exit 0 etc, nothing changed when that Postgres data folder was mounted again by Docker swarm service for Plausible by CapRover.

Hence @fostermh peer review needed before abandoning this historical data.

Resolved: Hakai Plausible Instance is back up in 77e605d after 10 days, 42 minutes.
