Fix spacing on mobile pop-up charts #2

Chart items on country pop-up view are too crammed together, need to fix the UI here. Either make the font smaller or transform from columns to rows on mobile.

popup width increased, table is now horizontally scrollable. "transform from columns to rows" would result in less comparability between holdings. deployed
