Rocket Charging #3

I'm sure we all know how this works.

Rocket in the air should have the ability to get detonated manually.

Once the rocket collides with geometry embed it and begin the charging process.

TODO: Insert relevant research regarding different tiers of charge, do they increase explosion radius? Damage? Knockback? How far must an enemy be from the rocket to count as a one-shot (think air shots)?

This has the side effect of removing tap fire, opening an issue for that.
