something about right actionbar

there is a dot over right actionbar button, it will disappear when you check "show hotkey" and uncheck it again. this is my screenshot, you can see that grey dot, but only one

this screenshot from another guy, he use FreeUI without any change, white dot over every right actonbar button

Does this only appear when you have a target?

Does it still appear if you remove scripts/cooldowns.lua?

some another guy still have this issue, but I see this no more, I really dont know why ;)
