Switch all devices again to UBports recovery #334

This might need check by every porter, but I think its a necessary change. Tagging @fredldotme @APokorny @NotKit for the first iteration

According to the main manifest this would revert to the LineageOS recovery: https://github.com/Halium/android/blob/halium-7.1/default.xml#L37

@fredldotme the recovery default has been merged now, I think this is safe to go.
