[rootfs] Provide the aarch64 rootfs #18

It would be nice to have it for devices with RAM more then 4GB.

This would be really welcome! For instance, that would help me to port Halium/UbuntuTouch to the LG G5 H850 phone, with Slimport capabilities.

Do you have an estimate on how much time and how many dependent issues it would take to provide the aarch64 rootfs?

Cannot but add that an x86 rootfs is also eagerly wanted for the ZenFone family :)
