quadrat standardization #1

Work plan to get all the quadrat names standardized:

1) go through and test if the length of unique quadrat names is the same across years (if so - they all share names, if not - they either have different names or there are different quadrats sampled)

2) Make a master of all the quadrats ever sampled

3) Make a link column in the master of alternative names of the quadrat (make as many link columns as are necessary)

4) Associate each quadrat with a treatment (do this by looking at years that have treatment values and all the quadrats - may need to infer some based on the year and vegetation (e.g., if all bare in 2005, it was a burned plot)

one other thing to do - check that PGE is part of Tulare and is included in the raw data subsetting
