A summarization of what this PR does

I've created a seperate class that extends GunItem for guns that are not dyeable to clean up the registry class.
Fixed attachments for some existing guns. Closes #2
Tweaked damage for some guns to make them less OP.
Updated dependencies.
Improved the pack.mcmeta.

I do have some other ideas but I don't want to get to crazy with adding code.

PR should be ready for merge.

Everything checks out fine. Fixed bugs and done some things I would have done at some point in the future 👍
