🚧 0.8.0 features progress

This pull request contains the progress of new features for the 0.8.0 update of Additional Guns that I've been been working on.

Currently implemented features include:

• Client side option to disable the bullet casing tooltip
• Experimental option to force gun dye ability (requested by the creator of the Jetpack Cat modpack)

Planned features (for this PR) include:

• Entity renders for bullet projectiles
• Data generator for sounds.json (?)

More suggestions for new features are always welcome, feel free to create a new disscusion for this.

This PR will not include any new assets or things like the recipe overhaul, those things will happen through separate pull requests.

When finished, all progress will be backported to 1.18.2 and 1.16.5.
