SPV3 Shader settings don't Save/Load as intended #121

The bitwise operations in SPV3.Configuration.ConfigurationShaders.Save() and Load() are causing issues. My SPV3.Kernel.hxe.Shaders variable is always 2008800. The Save() and Load() functions don't change it even though the functions are intended to modify that variable.
