Finish EXE Patches

Those that are left unchecked are configurable, but they cannot yet be toggled by the user.

• [x] Large-Address Awareness (increase 2GiB RAM limit to 4GiB)
• [x] Key-Check DRM (if H1 owned & installed)
• [x] Bind server to 0.0.0.0 (Fixes LAN game discovery)
• [x] Disable safe mode prompt (Safe Mode is broken on modern devices)
• [x] Disable modification of OS-level gamma
• [x] 32-bit texture fix (fixes 32-bit textures being truncated to 8 bits, rendering only the blue channel)
• [x] Disable EULA
• [x] Disable storing exit status in the registry
• [ ] Disable auto-centering vehicles (Chimera 1.0's fixed auto-centering speed is preferable)
• [x] #145 Disable mouse acceleration
• [x] Block update checks
• [ ] Disable camera shaking
• [ ] Prevent descoping when taking damage

Technically, all of these would be implemented around the same time. However, extra work will be involved for those we want to expose in the SPV3 Settings.
